TL;DR
SRE Engineering Manager (AWS/Terraform/Kubernetes): Leading a three-person SRE team responsible for a scalable, reliable SaaS platform hosting code security solutions with an accent on observability, data durability, security, and service-level objectives. Focus on designing platform strategy, improving availability and efficiency, managing cloud infrastructure and data services, and participating in on-call operations.
Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with 3 days per week at the Paris office

What you will do
- Lead a team of three SRE professionals and define technical strategy, quarterly goals, and team priorities.
- Design and improve the platform for availability, scalability, latency, reliability, and efficiency.
- Maintain observability, monitoring, backup, data durability, and security practices across the infrastructure.
- Manage data services supporting 6 PB on S3, 14 TB on ClickHouse, and 350 TB on Elasticsearch.
- Support incident troubleshooting, architecture decisions, cloud cost optimization, and customer-facing SRE discussions.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, postmortems, documentation, and cross-team process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or computer science.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar management position.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or another cloud provider, Terraform, and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Solid knowledge of Unix-like systems and experience with web applications, SaaS, and their software development lifecycle.
- DevOps mindset with experience in observability, automation, data durability, and security.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
Nice to have
- Fluency in AI agentic development.
