Motion Graphics Designer (AI)

Location: On-site in London or New York

Salary: $90K–$150K annual compensation, plus equity and commission

What you will do

• Develop a user-centric motion design system that scales across the platform’s products.
• Create social media, conference, promotional, and product-launch motion graphics.
• Collaborate with design, go-to-market, and product teams to bring scripts and technical features to life.
• Animate assets for integration into the product experience.
• Use motion to narrate user experiences based on user behavior, needs, and emotions.
• QA creative work and assets to ensure polished, on-brand output ready for release.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Ability to create high-quality promotional videos and turn technical products into engaging, intuitive animations.
• Mastery of After Effects and Figma.
• Strong foundation in animation principles, physics, and patterns.
• Ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment with strong communication, problem-solving, and process-thinking skills.
• Collaborative, low-ego, positive, open-minded, and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with branding, growth, social media, and promotional videos.
• Experience with Rive or Lottie.
• Entrepreneurial experience, side projects, early-stage startup experience, or unusual hobbies.
• Experience using AI products.
