What you will do
- Work with Product Managers and founders to identify user problems and business opportunities.
- Speak with users and analyze their behavior, motivations, pain points, product metrics, funnels, and behavioral data.
- Write PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, growth, and business teams to execute and ship products.
- Run experiments to improve activation, engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Support product launches, manage feedback, conduct market and competitor research, and gradually own product modules independently.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in product, strategy, growth, consulting, analytics, startup roles, or similar environments.
- Experience through internships, startups, side projects, freelancing, campus initiatives, or other ownership-driven work.
- Curiosity about consumer internet products, user psychology, technology, and business.
- Strong communication, structured thinking, product intuition, and ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguity, move quickly, and solve unstructured problems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and willingness to use data and user insights in decision-making.
Nice to have
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, design, marketing, or growth teams.
- Experience building products with AI tools, experimenting with vibe coding, or shipping internet projects.
