Strategic Security Advisor (AI Security)

What you will do

• Build Security Account Success Plans with executive sponsors, aligning business objectives, threat landscapes, prioritized workloads, architecture, and credit consumption.
• Design target-state and reference security architectures, integration blueprints, and deployment patterns across XDR, identity, email, cloud security, and exposure management.
• Lead security gap analyses, technology fingerprinting, architecture reviews, maturity assessments, workshops, QBRs, and EBRs.
• Translate telemetry, usage, and risk data into measurable security outcomes, risk-reduction narratives, and executive recommendations.
• Manage renewal health, remediation plans, expansion opportunities, customer advocacy, and technical references.
• Coordinate Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, partners, Product, Engineering, and Leadership around a unified post-sales plan.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in security consulting, cloud security, security architecture, incident response, or security leadership.
• Strong enterprise security architecture knowledge across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Expertise in one or more areas including SOC operations, SIEM/XDR, exposure and risk management, identity security, cloud security, or email security.
• Experience with NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls, or Zero Trust Architecture.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts and connecting architecture decisions with retention, expansion, risk reduction, and business value.
• Executive communication skills and the ability to simplify complex security architectures into actionable plans.

• Experience with automation and AI tools.
• Experience working with partners, MSSPs, or MSPs.
• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
