What you will do

• Support cross-functional product development with engineers, medical experts, and designers.
• Help understand clinical user workflows and iterate on product ideas and prototypes.
• Assist with backlog management, requirement translation, user stories, and day-to-day engineering collaboration.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Translate regulatory and certification requirements into product tasks and documentation.
• Prepare specifications, compliance checks, and certification-ready evidence.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in business, technology, health sciences, or a related field.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools, or strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineers and domain experts.
• Proactive, hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented working style.
• Genuine interest in digital health solutions.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
