Focus on optimizing card economics and P&L, designing data-driven growth experiments, integrating loyalty programs, and launching new card features with cross-functional teams.

What you will do
- Define and execute product strategy to increase card usage, engagement, adoption, and customer stickiness.
- Own card product P&L and optimize revenue streams including interchange and scheme-funded rewards.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and behavioral data analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Partner with growth teams on A/B tests and in-app campaigns that drive adoption and active usage.
- Manage relationships with Visa, Mastercard, and other card schemes to maximize incentives, rewards, and partnership opportunities.
- Lead the integration and go-to-market delivery of rewards programs, co-brand initiatives, and new card features with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or banking.
- Strong understanding of the card payments lifecycle, card economics, and product growth strategies.
- Experience working with card schemes such as Visa or Mastercard.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments with strong prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with loyalty, rewards, or co-branded card programs.
- Exposure to BNPL or credit products.
- Experience in a regulated banking or EMI environment.
- SQL proficiency.
