Product Designer - Graduate Development Program, Italy (FinTech) (Product Design): Designing user experiences for financial technology products across the product lifecycle with an accent on user research, service design, and prototyping. Location: Milan or Pisa, Italy; hybrid workplace. Candidates must be based in Italy or willing to relocate. Non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit and applicants must currently have the legal right to work in Italy.

What you will do
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to generate actionable insights.
- Map user journeys and service blueprints to identify friction and improvement opportunities.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups aligned with brand standards and user expectations.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and operations teams to deliver consistent end-to-end experiences.
- Present solutions, gather feedback, and iterate based on real-world data.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Product Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, obtained within the last year or currently in progress.
- Strong academic record.
- Written and spoken English at B2 level or above.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Current legal right to work in Italy; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit.
