What you will do

• Apply medical expertise to continuously improve the hospital software platform.
• Create and maintain high-quality medical content across platform modules.
• Collect and evaluate functional and clinical requirements for new and existing modules.
• Identify user needs and help validate new product concepts.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and medical experts in a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Currently studying medicine at the clinical stage.
• Initial hands-on experience in a hospital setting.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Interest in digital healthcare innovation and collaborative work.
• Solution- and outcome-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, agile environment.
