Software/Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Graduate Development Program (AI)

Location: Pisa, Italy; hybrid. Candidates must be based in Italy or willing to relocate, and must hold the full legal right to work in Italy. Non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit.

What you will do

• Contribute to software solutions with real market impact.
• Design, develop, and test code across different technology stacks.
• Spend approximately 80% of the role on software engineering and 20% on AI projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and ship high-impact products.
• Solve complex technical problems and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions.
• Iterate based on feedback, performance data, and evolving requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline, completed within the last year or currently in progress.
• Strong academic record, analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and collaborative approach.
• Programming experience with one or more of: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Fluent English at B2+ level.
• Full legal right to work in Italy; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit.

Nice to have

• Python or Scala experience.
