Product Design Intern

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; onsite internship

What you will do

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand customer problems and explore solution approaches.
• Design UI elements and shape UX as products mature and scale.
• Create prototypes and conduct usability and guerilla testing.
• Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design decisions.
• Contribute to the evolution of design patterns, standards, and component libraries.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Figma and component libraries or design systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to create visually compelling designs.
• Customer-focused design approach based on research, interviews, usability testing, and quantitative data.
• Curiosity about design rationale and a strong interest in UX and design innovation.
• Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Nice to have

• Prior internship experience.
• Experience with consumer-facing products through design and release iterations.
