Software Developer/Engineer - Graduate Development Program (FinTech)

Location: Hybrid in Pisa, Milan, Turin, Collecchio, Rome, or Trento, Italy. Candidates must be based in Italy or willing to relocate to Italy; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit and all applicants must have the legal right to work in Italy.

What you will do

• Contribute to product development from requirements analysis through delivery.
• Design, develop, and test software solutions across different technology stacks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and ship high-impact products.
• Solve complex technical problems and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions.
• Develop as a well-rounded full-stack professional through a structured three-year program.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a STEM discipline, completed within the last year or currently in progress.
• Strong academic record.
• Programming experience with one or more of Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English at B2 level or above.
• Full legal right to work in Italy; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit.
