Workplace Platform Engineer (Digital Workplace Technologies): Building and operating scalable workplace platforms across Windows, macOS, mobile, and VDI environments with an accent on performance, reliability, automation, and employee experience. What you will do
- Engineer workplace experiences across Windows, macOS, mobile, and VDI platforms, focusing on performance, reliability, and usability.
- Design, build, and scale workplace platforms while automating tasks and applying Site Reliability Engineering principles.
- Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards for device health and employee experience.
- Automate support workflows using AI agents and virtual assistants.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and software teams on digital workplace platforms, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Exposure to DevOps and SRE concepts.
- Familiarity with endpoint management platforms such as MDM or MECM, and identity and access management technologies such as SSO and MFA.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Nexthink, or endpoint analytics.
- Internship or project experience in endpoint or service desk management.
- Participation in hackathons, open-source projects, or personal automation projects.
