Business Operations Partner (Strategy & Operations): Driving operational excellence across assigned organizational units through governance, executive reporting, strategic initiative oversight, and business health analysis with an accent on OKRs, KPIs, operating rhythms, and risk escalation. Focus on building accountability systems, facilitating executive decision-making, and evaluating prioritization, capacity, and investment trade-offs.

What you will do
- Partner with leaders across a portfolio of 2–3 organizational units, providing strategic insight, clarity, and accountability.
- Establish operating cadences and manage governance forums, including MBRs, QBRs, executive reviews, and leadership checkpoints.
- Track OKRs, milestones, dependencies, ownership, risks, and key decisions across strategic initiatives.
- Maintain executive dashboards covering KPI performance, OKR progress, business health, trends, and emerging issues.
- Identify execution risks, stalled decisions, and missed commitments, escalating them with recommendations and next steps.
- Support annual and quarterly planning, business cases, capacity planning, prioritization, and investment decisions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, chief of staff, or a similar high-accountability role.
- Experience partnering with senior functional leaders such as CFOs, CPOs, CTOs, CHROs, or CLOs.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready materials under time pressure.
- Professional maturity, discretion, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to influence without authority.
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks, MBR/QBR processes, executive governance models, and executive meeting facilitation.
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
