GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, hybrid

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Design and maintain the architecture of the go-to-market technology stack across sales, marketing, and growth.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Harmonic, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, and Zapier.
• Design automation workflows that reduce manual work, improve data quality, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Partner with sellers and GTM leadership to improve workflows, tooling, and adoption.
• Support seller onboarding and training on GTM tools and automation.
• Maintain CRM data governance and reporting for pipeline health, funnel performance, and campaign impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong Salesforce administration or advanced-user experience.
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, or Zapier.
• Experience designing workflows and automation that improve sales productivity.
• Ability to work directly with sellers and translate operational needs into system improvements.
• Strong systems mindset, with an understanding of data, integrations, and connected workflows.
