Supply Chain Manager – Commodity Management

Location: Candidates must be currently located in Kosovo. The role includes domestic and international travel of up to 10–20%.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing and commodity strategies for storage, servers, networking equipment, and related hardware components.
• Manage supplier relationships, lead business reviews, and track cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, supplier capacity, and pricing to support sourcing decisions and reduce supply chain risk.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams on new product introductions, transitions, and long-term supply planning.
• Drive cost savings through supplier negotiations, process improvements, and supply base optimization.
• Support forecasting, allocation management, capacity planning, and coordination with contract manufacturers and suppliers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or commodity management in a technology or hardware-focused environment.
• Experience managing technology commodities such as storage systems, servers, networking equipment, or hardware components.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, analytical, forecasting, and cost reduction skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative, and greenfield environment.
• Strong English communication skills required; candidates must currently be located in Kosovo.
