Collaboration Platform Engineer

Location: On-site in Singapore; only Singapore Citizens will be considered

What you will do

• Engineer scalable and secure collaboration platforms for chat, conferencing, file sharing, and workflow automation.
• Apply DevOps practices, including CI/CD, to automate deployments and workflows.
• Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor platform health.
• Apply SRE principles to improve uptime, performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration experiences and explore AI and automation technologies.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with DevOps and SRE practices.
• Exposure to collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Singapore Citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, Terraform, or similar automation and observability tools.
• Internship or project experience with collaboration or conferencing platforms.
• Hackathon, open-source, or personal automation project experience.
