System Reliability Engineer (Data Centre, Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; on-site. Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations in the data centre, including monitoring, incident management, and problem management.
• Lead incident response from immediate troubleshooting and root-cause analysis through resolution and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain documentation for data centre IT infrastructure, operations, and procedures.
• Perform capacity planning and coordinate with facilities teams on power, cooling, and physical infrastructure.
• Design and implement observability and network monitoring platforms with real-time alerting.
• Implement remote management tools and define SRE metrics, including SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.

Requirements

• Degree or background in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical knowledge of servers, storage, networking, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency with IT management software and tools.
• Two years of IT operations experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Singapore citizenship is required.
