Intern Product Management (Digital Health)

What you will do

• Support product managers with backlog management and translate requirements into clear user stories.
• Collaborate with engineers, medical experts, and designers to develop healthcare software.
• Work with the medical team to understand user needs and refine product ideas and prototypes.
• Support engineers during day-to-day development to enable timely, high-quality releases.
• Help facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Build an understanding of clinical users and their workflows to support product decisions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in business, technology-related, or a comparable field of study.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with engineers and domain experts.
• Genuine interest in digital health solutions and real-world healthcare value.
• Proactive, hands-on, and reliable working style.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
