Senior Legal Specialist, Italy (Fintech)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid workplace

Gross annual salary: €55,000–€75,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and other agreements.
• Provide legal advice and conduct research across civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, and real estate.
• Respond to legal requests from end users, resellers, suppliers, and other third parties regarding products and services.
• Investigate facts, develop legal arguments, and prepare supporting analyses, statistics, charts, and summaries.
• Monitor changes in the legal framework and provide timely updates.
• Work with business and functional teams on strategic initiatives, risk management, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience as a lawyer at a leading law firm.
• Master’s degree in Law with honors and a grade of 104 or higher.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a changing environment.
