What you will do

• Build and ship real product features for AI-native engineering products.
• Work with LLMs, APIs, and backend systems.
• Contribute to developer tooling and AI-powered workflows.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Ship quickly, iterate, and continuously improve product functionality.

Requirements

• Actively use AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar in personal or academic projects.
• Have a GitHub prohirify.globalle demonstrating curiosity, initiative, and consistent building.
• Have at least one meaningful project outside coursework.
• Strong programming fundamentals in a backend or full-stack language such as Python, Go, or Node.
• Ability to learn independently, solve unfamiliar problems, and work as a self-directed builder.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered projects or developer tools.
• Experience building APIs, backend systems, or SaaS products.
• Open-source contributions or hackathon experience.
• Startup internships, side projects, or a public GitHub with meaningful commits.
