Annual base salary: $113,000–$156,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do
- Develop multi-year sourcing and cost roadmaps aligned with business growth plans.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements covering pricing, capacity, and long-term supply terms.
- Manage executive-level relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Mentor junior Global Supply Managers on project execution and negotiation strategy.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supplier quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or technical degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sourcing or supply chain management.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic suppliers in a global manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with supplier development, qualification, and risk assessments.
- Understanding of cost structures for machined, cast, or fabricated components.
- Track record of measurable cost savings and lead-time reduction.
- Experience in startup or high-growth manufacturing environments.
