Operations Support (Robotics)

hirify.global develops robotics products with a Mechanical Engineering organization working across multiple product lines.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities, priorities, resources, and workflows within Mechanical Engineering.
• Track milestones, deliverables, deadlines, action items, dashboards, and open topics across multiple robotics product lines.
• Coordinate engineering reviews, approval processes, workshops, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, suppliers, and external development partners.
• Prepare status updates, management summaries, technical review presentations, and decision-ready documents.
• Identify potential delays, proactively escalate risks, and help establish efficient processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating projects, programs, or operational processes, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with strong ownership and a proactive mindset.
• Technical curiosity and interest in mechanical engineering or robotics; an engineering degree is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal German and professional working proficiency in English are required.
