Compliance Specialist (Banking)

Location: Hybrid in Milan or Parma, Italy

Gross annual salary: €34,000–€40,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Monitor regulatory provisions that may affect banking products and systems.
• Conduct impact analyses and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance solutions.
• Provide consulting support to internal and external clients implementing regulated products and services.
• Draft and update policies, procedures, and operating instructions.
• Manage relationships with customers and external authorities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics or an equivalent discipline, preferably with honors.
• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, internal controls, data analysis, or related areas.
• Good knowledge of banking processes and the regulatory framework for banking and financial institutions.
• Strong motivation and interest in compliance, with a proactive and innovation-oriented approach.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
