IT Manager (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Los Angeles, at the Playa Vista office

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 annual base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Implement IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives and support IT planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Lead IT teams, mentor staff, and manage training and performance.
• Manage daily IT operations, including networks, hardware and software procurement, backups, uptime, and infrastructure scalability.
• Lead system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity enhancements, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination.
• Evaluate cybersecurity controls, manage risk assessments and incident response, and support data protection compliance and audits.
• Manage vendors, IT budgets, end-user support, troubleshooting, and technology training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• 5–10 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or ITIL.
• Experience with networking, cloud computing, O365/Intune, AWS GovCloud, Azure, SharePoint, scripting, cybersecurity tools, and project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and technical-business collaboration skills.
