What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair gas purification systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose equipment issues, reduce downtime, improve resolution times, and increase first-time fix rates.
• Perform preventive maintenance and advise customers on equipment best practices.
• Build strong customer relationships and explain complex technical issues clearly and professionally.
• Document installations, repairs, maintenance activities, and system performance accurately and on time.
• Work independently in changing field environments while following applicable safety procedures.

Requirements

• Technical foundation in mechanical, electrical, software, or networking disciplines.
• Ability to read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Strong problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and self-management skills.
• Clear customer communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to challenging field conditions.
