What you will do
- Own the technical vision and roadmap for mobile applications in alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for Android and iOS applications.
- Establish mobile engineering standards, best practices, reusable components, and shared libraries.
- Analyze and resolve mobile performance bottlenecks while implementing robust security measures.
- Mentor junior developers and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an Android developer.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant education.
- Strong Android development and mobile architecture expertise.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Android Studio, dependency injection, and unit testing.
- Knowledge of clean architecture, SOLID principles, mobile performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and continuous-learning skills.
Nice to have
- Willingness to learn and work with Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform for feature development.
