What you will do

• Design and develop core features of the hirify.global App with focus on functionality, performance, reliability, and user experience using AI-assisted tools.
• Build, maintain, and optimize software–hardware connectivity and data transmission between mobile apps and physical devices.
• Implement and optimize data interactions across mobile app, hardware devices, firmware, and backend systems applying AI-assisted analysis and automation.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, backend, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end features and ensure seamless integration.
• Contribute to technical design, code quality, and maintainability while adopting AI-driven practices to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Location: Palo Alto, CA, United States
• Solid experience in mobile application development with strong coding fundamentals and system design.
• Strong background in iOS, Android, or Flutter-based cross-platform mobile app development.
• Proven experience with software–hardware connectivity and data interaction layers such as BLE, Wi-Fi, and custom protocols.
• Ability to debug, optimize, and maintain complex multi-component systems spanning mobile apps, devices, firmware, and backend.
• Collaborative mindset with end-to-end ownership and proactive use of AI technologies and AI-assisted tools.
