What you will do

  • Translate Salesforce opportunity forecasts into supply planning demand in Anaplan.
  • Maintain product structures, supplier data, pricing, lead times, allocation parameters, and other planning data across Anaplan and ERP platforms.
  • Support supplier onboarding in NetSuite, Anaplan, and related systems, including documentation, pricing, and system readiness.
  • Convert approved demand into purchase requisitions and purchase orders, coordinate supplier commitments, and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Prepare data for weekly S&OP activities, develop planning KPIs, identify supply risks, and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and IT to resolve planning issues and improve standard processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, materials planning, or supply chain analytics.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience manipulating large datasets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across engineering, operations, procurement, and commercial functions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Anaplan, Kinaxis, OMP, o9, or similar ERP planning software.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or project-based operations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and product lifecycle management systems such as Arena or Agile PLM.
  • Understanding of procurement, supplier management, production planning, S&OP, or demand planning.
