What you will do
- Set the strategic direction and oversee the operational performance, financial results, regulatory standing, and growth of the Luxembourg fund administration business.
- Lead client service delivery, business strategy execution, transformation initiatives, process automation, and regional operating model implementation.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to identify and win new business and strengthen SS&C’s industry brand.
- Maintain relationships with regulators, boards, Conducting Officers, executive committees, clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Support a robust risk, compliance, and regulatory governance environment.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Executive Management Team while fostering accountability, innovation, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in asset management or financial services management.
- Deep knowledge of Luxembourg fund administration and regulation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, decision-making, commercial, and strategic leadership skills.
- Experience engaging with regulators, boards, executive committees, and senior client stakeholders.
- Appointment as a Director of the Board of SS&C Administration Services Luxembourg S.A. is subject to CSSF approval.
