Working Student DevOps Engineer (MedTech)

What you will do

• Collaborate with development and product teams to roll out new features and services.
• Support the design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure in hospitals and the cloud.
• Operate and improve large-scale deployments with high availability and performance requirements.
• Apply best practices in observability, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and fault tolerance.
• Help ensure that systems are secure, reliable, and scalable in clinical environments.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• First experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and logging best practices.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong interest in learning new technologies, with a solution-oriented and pragmatic working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern toolchains and infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or Ansible.
• German language skills.
