What you will do
- Handle helpdesk tickets and provide day-to-day IT and desktop support.
- Support office infrastructure, including WiFi, network connectivity, firewalls, switches, and access points.
- Manage devices through WorkspaceOne and endpoint security through Carbon Black.
- Onboard and offboard users, prepare laptops through imaging, and wipe devices according to procedures.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the global IT team to improve operating procedures and the employee IT experience.
Requirements
- Experience in helpdesk and desktop support.
- Understanding of local area networking, WiFi, and related security concepts.
- Experience managing connectivity in small sites, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
- Some experience supporting Okta, Google Workspace, Tempworks, or another applicant tracking system.
- Good automation skills or a willingness to develop them.
- Strong communication, prioritization, adaptability, and documentation skills.
