What you will do
- Recommend Vantage-One/wmA product configurations for system design and integration.
- Implement client-specific enhancements based on business design documents.
- Select, coordinate, and implement technical product components in customer environments.
- Collaborate with sales and consulting engineering teams on product integration.
- Define and communicate product requirements, usability changes, and future functionality to stakeholders.
- Coordinate, oversee, develop, and lead team members.
Requirements
- 12 or more years of application development experience, including conversion or migration projects.
- 4 or more years of leadership experience.
- Experience with mainframe applications and legacy technologies including COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
- Experience with application development and maintenance best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- LOMA or other relevant domain certifications.
