What you will do

• Participate naturally in crypto-related Telegram and Discord communities.
• Build genuine rapport with community members through casual conversations and engagement.
• Share reports, articles, and updates organically in English-speaking groups.
• Create timely posts and discussions that encourage engagement and clicks.
• Coordinate content timing and messaging with the marketing team.
• Track community reactions, refine engagement methods, and stay current with Web3 trends, memes, and community culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City and work onsite.
• Fluent written English for posting in English-speaking communities.
• Deep understanding of crypto culture and group dynamics.
• Strong social and communication skills with the ability to read community sentiment.
• Creative, strategic, and subtle approach to organic sharing rather than shilling.

Nice to have

• Experience in community management or crypto Twitter.
• Experience creating memes or posts that achieve viral engagement.
• Experience developing trading systems or financial products.
