Implementation Consultant - Italy

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers during the implementation phase.
• Work with operational finance employees as well as Heads of Finance, CFOs, and CEOs on the customer side.
• Develop an understanding of customer strategic, financial, and operational goals to drive engagement.
• Become an hirify.global product expert and guide customers toward their desired outcomes.
• Own customer health and onboarding turnaround time while maximizing product value.
• Represent customer needs and feedback within Sales, Customer Success, Tech, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role such as Consulting, Advisory, or B2B SaaS.
• Native Italian and fluent English.
• Strong prioritization, execution, analytical, accountability, and ownership skills.
• Adaptability and a positive approach in a fast-growing environment.
• Excellent listening skills, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
• Comfort working with diverse teams across Sales, Customer Success, Tech, and Product.

Nice to have

• Understanding of corporate finance.
• Experience with finance or treasury departments.
• Strong analytical skills in Excel.
