Data Scientist - AI / Computer Vision

What you will do

• Design, develop, optimize, and deploy AI/ML solutions for computer vision applications.
• Build and fine-tune deep learning models for image classification, object detection, and image segmentation.
• Process, clean, annotate, and manage large-scale image and video datasets.
• Develop preprocessing and post-processing pipelines, and evaluate models through benchmarking, validation, and error analysis.
• Deploy and scale models in production using cloud and MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams while following version control, testing, documentation, and reproducibility practices.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in data science, AI, and computer vision.
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with computer vision and deep learning.
• Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Experience with OpenCV, image processing, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of image classification, object detection, image segmentation, transfer learning, and model fine-tuning.
• Understanding of MLOps, production deployment, Git, and software development best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vision-Language Models, multimodal AI, Large Language Models, or NLP.
• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in healthcare, medical imaging, or other domain-specific AI applications.
• Research publications, open-source AI contributions, or knowledge of Responsible AI and AI ethics.
