Staff Brand Designer

Location: On-site at the San Francisco or Vancouver office

What you will do

• Shape the hirify.global brand narrative across external and internal touchpoints.
• Define a distinctive visual direction for communicating technical ideas clearly and compellingly.
• Own brand projects end-to-end, from concept through launch, in partnership with product and marketing.
• Maintain a high craft standard and attention to detail across all brand work.
• Turn feedback and conversations into actionable brand improvements.

Requirements

• Experience creating original brand work with exceptional visual craft and strong creative direction.
• Experience setting or significantly evolving a company’s visual identity independently.
• Strong judgment about brand quality, iteration, and when work is ready to ship.
• Ability to articulate why creative work is effective and identify areas for improvement.
• Aptitude for learning new tools that support creative expression.

Nice to have

• Motion design or animation experience.
• Experience developing characters, illustration systems, or brand mascots.
• Experience creating brands for AI, technical audiences, developers, or enterprise software products.
