Senior DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Cairo office, hybrid

hirify.global is a fintech product company democratizing access to investing through a mobile investing platform and the Rumble investment recommendations service across the MENA region.

What you will do

• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across AWS and on-premise environments.
• Lead containerization and orchestration strategy with Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and security practices.
• Design and manage cloud and hybrid networking solutions involving VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, PrivateLink, and Direct Connect.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and deployment, and develop modular infrastructure as code with Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting, and collaborate with development, security, and data teams on production releases.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and connect technical, business, and operational perspectives in infrastructure delivery.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, and networking services.
• Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including EKS or an equivalent platform.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Proven experience designing DevOps strategies and infrastructure roadmaps.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or an equivalent language.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI, plus knowledge of security best practices and fintech compliance standards.
