What you will do
- Design, develop, implement, and test algorithms and AI-enabled solutions for product features and applications.
- Collaborate with product, algorithm, engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into algorithmic solutions.
- Research emerging algorithms and technologies and incorporate suitable approaches into products.
- Propose innovative solutions to complex problems and lead algorithm development in selected areas.
- Design, cleanse, and use benchmarks throughout the algorithm development process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in algorithm development and programming with languages such as Python.
- Experience putting machine learning code into production.
- Experience training LLMs such as Llama, DeepSeek, or similar models.
- Experience designing benchmarks and evaluating LLM applications.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
