QA Automation Engineer (Playwright)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain automated UI tests for system simulation, cloud services, and data management.
• Build and extend Page Objects for UI components to ensure stable and reusable test interactions.
• Execute test cases to validate workflows and user interactions.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and continuously improve automation coverage.
• Provide technical guidance on testing best practices to the development team.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software testing, specifically with automated UI testing in web applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and automated testing frameworks, preferably Playwright.
• Solid understanding of Page Object design patterns and test automation best practices.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
