Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad/GiftCity, India. Hybrid position requiring three days of in-office collaboration and allowing remote work for the remaining two days.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain telemetry and automation tools for monitoring global platform health.
• Participate in on-call rotations and diagnose production issues and customer support escalations.
• Implement automated incident response, system optimization, and reliability improvements.
• Identify system stability risks and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Python development experience, including object-oriented programming, inheritance, and multithreaded applications.
• 2+ years of Terraform experience, including creating modules and submodules from scratch.
• Experience with Linux and monitoring critical system health parameters.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, EKS, ELB, RDS, DynamoDB, and SQS.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and load balancing concepts.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Golang.

Nice to have

• AWS Associate-level certification or higher.
• Familiarity with trading systems and low-latency environments.
