Location: Ahmedabad/GiftCity, India. The role is listed as onsite and includes a hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two remote days per week.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain telemetry and automation tools for monitoring global platform health.
- Build automated solutions for incident response, system optimization, and reliability improvement.
- Participate in on-call rotations and diagnose production issues and customer support escalations.
- Identify system stability risks and implement preventive measures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Python development experience, including object-oriented programming, inheritance, and multithreaded applications.
- 2+ years of Terraform experience, including creating modules and submodules from scratch.
- Experience with Linux and monitoring critical system health parameters.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, EKS, ELB, RDS, DynamoDB, and SQS.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and load balancing concepts.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn Golang.

- AWS Associate-level certification or higher.
