TL;DR
Data Analyst (Python/ML validation): Building robust, scalable validation infrastructure and methodologies for REM mapping and localization systems using million-scale real-world driving datasets, with an accent on data quality, performance analysis, and cloud-native platforms. Focus on designing end-to-end validation tools, integrating data pipelines, and building data lakes and warehouses for autonomous-driving map quality.

What you will do
- Improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of validation processes for test and product maps created from visual data collected by millions of vehicles.
- Plan, design, and implement new validation processes and methodologies.
- Build end-to-end validation tools with metrics and insights that reflect map quality.
- Integrate data analysis tools and data pipelines into robust, scalable workflows.
- Build and manage data platforms, including data lakes and data warehouses.
- Manage and prioritize daily tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, or another engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and automating data analysis, validation, or software testing for complex, data-intensive, or machine-learning algorithms.
- Experience with Python, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, and Pandas for data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, execution, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work systematically, collaborate effectively, and deliver in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of descriptive statistics, probability, and statistical inference.
- Experience designing scalable batch and real-time data pipelines, including Kafka.
- Knowledge of cloud data environments such as AWS, including S3, Athena, and DynamoDB.
