Product Designer

hirify.global is building an AI-first travel platform that reduces paperwork and uncertainty in visa applications and other travel journeys, having processed visas for more than 1 million travellers across 127 countries.

What you will do

• Own product design from discovery and problem definition through prototyping, detailed execution, and launch.
• Simplify complex visa application workflows, edge cases, and new travel product journeys.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape requirements, make trade-offs, and ship high-quality experiences.
• Test designs with users and data, validate hypotheses, gather feedback, and iterate.
• Build scalable design systems and reusable patterns that improve consistency, speed, and quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience in a technology company or similarly fast-moving digital product environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, user flows, interaction design, and visual design.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and edge cases into intuitive experiences.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with Product and Engineering, including clear design rationale and decision-making in ambiguous environments.
• High proficiency in Figma and strong interaction, visual, and systems design fundamentals.
