TL;DR
POS Technician (Fintech): Repairing, supporting, and maintaining Linux and Android POS terminals, Mpos devices, and kiosks across a Lagos distribution network with an accent on end-to-end hardware repair and second-level technical support. Focus on coordinating terminal repair centers, diagnosing PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise devices, and maintaining reliable payment equipment.
Location: Lagos, Nigeria; candidates must be resident in Lagos State

What you will do
- Repair, support, and maintain POS terminals and related devices across the distribution network.
- Work with the hardware department to manage the end-to-end terminal repair process.
- Provide second-level support for hardware-related issues.
- Manage and coordinate terminal repair centers across the network.
- Complete additional duties assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Technical ability to repair PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise terminals.
- Experience with agency banking is an advantage.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong relationship, communication, interpersonal, initiative, and emotional intelligence skills; ability to work with limited supervision.
- Proficient in English and resident in Lagos State.
