What you will do

• Define hirify.global’s visual direction across brand campaigns, social, performance marketing, web and offline experiences.
• Turn briefs into creative concepts and guide them from initial idea through art direction, design and final execution.
• Build and evolve the visual identity through scalable systems, principles and creative expressions.
• Lead and develop the graphic design team through clear direction, feedback and hands-on creative guidance.
• Partner with Marketing, Content and Product to deliver ambitious work quickly and iterate based on audience response.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across brand, advertising or visual design.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong art direction, visual storytelling and brand-building.
• Experience leading and developing graphic designers while remaining involved in the craft.
• Exceptional visual judgment across typography, composition, colour and layout.
• Experience creating work across digital and offline formats, with strong cultural and internet instincts.
