Quality Assurance Analyst (AI)

Location: Uruguay; remote or hybrid work options available

What you will do

• Perform regression testing and validate ABS dependencies to protect existing functionality and connected processes.
• Create test cases from business requirements, source documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in peer reviews to verify test case completeness and correctness.
• Communicate unexpected results, assignment status, testing impediments, and completion results.
• Follow software development life cycle processes and client-specific procedures.
• Use AI tools, including Claude, to streamline QA work and share effective practices with colleagues.

Requirements

• Full understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Consultative problem-solving approach aligned with client business goals and expectations.
• Ability to oversee and execute project deliverables.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, coaching, and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work or strong willingness to experiment with and promote AI adoption.

Nice to have

• Claude Certified Developer or Architect certification.
