Senior / Staff Product Manager (Fraud Detection)

Location: New York, United States; on-site at hirify.global's NYC HQ

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global develops geolocation products including geofencing SDKs, maps APIs, and AI-enabled solutions for marketing, fraud, and operations teams.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, execution, and customer outcomes for hirify.global Protect, a geo-compliance and fraud detection solution.
• Work with customers and prospects to understand fraud workflows and turn product gaps into practical tools.
• Lead a full-stack product team shipping backend systems, frontend experiences, mobile and web SDKs, APIs, rules engines, dashboards, network graph exploration, logging, monitoring, and desktop applications.
• Write product specifications, one-pagers, documentation, and launch plans.
• Use AI for designs, prototypes, analyses, documentation, and code changes where useful.
• Coordinate sprint planning, QA product experiences, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and company leadership.

Requirements

• Senior or Staff-level product management experience with ownership of strategy and execution.
• Experience leading technical products and full-stack engineering and design teams.
• Ability to work with customers, define product roadmaps, write clear specifications, and deliver high-quality products.
• Must work on-site from hirify.global's NYC headquarters in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience with anti-fraud, risk, identity, trust and safety, compliance, payments, fintech, gaming, marketplaces, or developer platforms.
• Experience with SDKs, APIs, rules engines, dashboards, data pipelines, or real-time decisioning systems.
• Founder experience or demonstrated founder-level ownership.

Hiring process
