Senior Manager, Mechanical - AI & LC Infrastructure (Liquid Cooling): Developing and advancing liquid-cooling infrastructure for hyperscale data centre products with an accent on reference design, technology integration, and customer requirements. Focus on governing liquid-cooling services, managing feasibility studies, evolving technical documentation, and communicating AI infrastructure roadmaps to customers and stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Develop and advance the liquid-cooling product for hyperscale data centre infrastructure.
  • Manage feasibility analyses, technical studies, design reviews, and the integration of new technologies into reference data centre designs.
  • Maintain and evolve key technical reference design documentation.
  • Translate liquid-cooling and AI product roadmaps, customer requirements, and research outcomes into technical updates for business stakeholders.
  • Interface with customers, consultants, and internal Product, Customer Solutions, Design, and Innovation teams.
  • Contribute to internal technical learning and strategic engineering projects while assessing commercial, operational, and legal implications.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of industry experience and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Experience leading or playing a key role in technical teams delivering major data centre projects in a client-side, consultancy, or contractor environment.
  • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary building services design, particularly mechanical and electrical disciplines.
  • Understanding of Controls, Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines is beneficial.
  • Ability to make accountable decisions and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging customers, peers, and management.

Nice to have

  • Experience working for a data centre operator.
  • Hyperscale design and cloud experience in the APAC market.
