POS Repair Technician

Location: Lagos, Nigeria; must be resident in Lagos State

What you will do

• Repair, support, and maintain POS terminals, Mpos devices, kiosks, and related hardware.
• Manage the end-to-end terminal repair process in collaboration with the hardware department.
• Provide second-level support for hardware-related issues.
• Coordinate terminal repair centers across the distribution network.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related technical role.
• Hands-on repair experience with PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise terminals.
• Knowledge of Linux and Android POS devices, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship, and emotional intelligence skills; ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficient English and resident in Lagos State required.
