Customer Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote from any location; company headquarters in Palo Alto, California, with an R&D center in Israel.

What you will do

• Support customers during onboarding and help them get up to speed with hirify.global products.
• Investigate and debug issues across all levels of the software stack.
• Develop technical workarounds and drive technical changes for customer needs.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, engineers, and data scientists internally and with customers.
• Present technical findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Pursue state-of-the-art solutions within changing requirements and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Machine Interface Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of application development experience with Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and industry-standard frameworks.
• 3–5 years of experience with backend and database technologies, including SQL Server, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker microservices, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JWT, FastAPI or Flask, unit testing, asynchronous request handling, threading, and high-performance enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, clear communication, collaboration, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience.
• Familiarity with data stack technologies such as SQL databases, data warehouses, and Kafka.
• Knowledge of business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
