AI Algorithm Engineer (Computer Vision)

What you will do

• Develop and improve deep learning models for object detection, tracking, and semantic segmentation.
• Train and evaluate machine learning models using large-scale driving datasets.
• Optimize perception models for performance, accuracy, and robustness across diverse driving scenarios.
• Analyze edge cases and failure modes to improve perception performance.
• Implement scalable training, validation, and evaluation methodologies.
• Collaborate with research, software, and system engineering teams to deploy production-scale perception models.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Outstanding coding and algorithm skills with Python and C/C++.
• Hands-on experience building product-quality computer vision, deep learning, and general AI technologies.
• Intensive experience with at least one deep learning framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong oral and written communication in Mandarin and English.
• Motivation to learn diverse AI technologies, including CNNs, GNNs, transformers, detection, segmentation, LLMs, and AGI.
